Our Process
Our process is designed to deliver specification-aligned flooring systems with consistency, efficiency, and quality assurance across every project.

Project Consultation and Scope Review
We begin by understanding the project requirements, specifications, and performance expectations.
• Review architectural drawings, finishes schedules, and specifications
• Identify intended use (retail, hospitality, industrial, etc.)
• Assess durability, slip rating, and aesthetic requirements
• Provide early-stage technical advice to builders, architects, and clients

Site Assessment and Floor Evaluation
A detailed on-site inspection ensures the correct system is specified and applied.
• Inspect concrete condition, flatness, and curing stage
• Identify defects, contaminants, or structural considerations
• Test for moisture levels and surface integrity
• Confirm access, staging, and project sequencing requirement

System Selection and Specification Alignment
We recommend and document the most suitable flooring system based on performance and design intent.
• Polished concrete, honed concrete, or epoxy system selection
• Aggregate exposure, sheen level, and finish samples
• Slip resistance requirements (P2, P3, P4 as required)
• Compliance with relevant Australian Standards (AS 4586)

Project Planning and Coordination
We integrate seamlessly with the broader construction program.
• Coordinate with builders, site managers, and trades
• Confirm timelines, staging, and access requirements
• Plan for multi-stage works (base build, fitout, final finish)
• Ensure minimal disruption to other trades and site operations
